AI SOC Analyzer Pro ("we", "our", "the Service") is operated as a cybersecurity education and log-analysis tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website at https://aisocanalyzerpro.site and our official Android application (package name: com.aisocanalyzerpro.app).
If you register on the website, we store a username and a hashed password in our database. We do not require your real name, email address, or phone number to create an account.
When you submit a log snippet for analysis, the text you provide is sent to our server and may be forwarded to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini and/or Pollinations AI) to generate a security assessment. If you are logged in, we may store the log text, threat result, and timestamp in our database for your dashboard history (up to the most recent entries shown).
Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) and standard web server logs may automatically record information such as IP address, browser or app user-agent, request time, and pages accessed. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
The mobile app is a WebView wrapper that loads our website. The app requests Internet and Network state permissions only. The app does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or location. Cookies and local storage used by the website may apply inside the app as in a normal browser.
We use the following third parties to operate the Service:
Log content sent for analysis is processed by these providers according to their own policies. Do not submit classified, highly sensitive personal data, or secrets (passwords, private keys) into the analyzer.
Account and stored log history remain until you delete your account or we remove them as part of service maintenance. Server logs are retained for a limited period as required for operations and security.
We use HTTPS encryption for data in transit. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we strive to use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data may be processed on servers located outside your country (including via Azure regions and AI provider infrastructure). By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
